During this current Covid-19 outbreak, the desire to still be able to perform proper inspections, evaluations, and proposals with minimal personal interaction has become top priority. Some companies are built for this type of situation, while others may have been behind in updating to new age technology.
For the customers of Great Roofing and Restoration’s benefits, we have constantly been updating our processes and procedures to not only allow for safer inspections when it comes to being physically on the roof, but also inspections and reports that are more consumer friendly. We have already been performing automated drone inspections in the field before this type of a situation came about. Our drones allow us to do full roof inspections, with 4K photographs, all from the comfort of our tailgate. These drones not only have damage detection for storm peril, but also will create a measurement and 3D model of the roof itself.
Adding this report to our integrated CRM, we are able to provide the customer with a portal link that will allow them to see these reports along with any proposals needed for repair. All this happens from their home computer, tablet, or smart phone. This technology allows us to maintain social distance, while still providing accurate information to our customers.
